The Foundation for a Healthy High Point was established in 2013 as a result of the merger of High Point Regional Health and UNC Health Care. We support forward-thinking organizations, collaboration within the community, and initiatives that improve the long-term health of our community. In serving Greater High Point, the Foundation examines health issues and evidence-based practices to improve the wellness of all who call High Point, Jamestown, Trinity, and Archdale home. As one of the few health-specific funders that exclusively supports the Greater High Point area, the Board and staff are passionate about making this community a better place to live and grow.
Our funding initiatives focus on improving health and wellness across the Greater High Point community. This includes High Point, Jamestown, Archdale, and Trinity.
Each year, the Foundation will offer two Traditional Grant cycles (one in the Spring and one in the Fall) and four Small Grant Program cycles. For eligibility guidelines and other application information, please visit our Grantmaking page.
